What is great about my guarantee to buy your home program is that there is no cost to you. Unlike other Realtors I’m not going to ask you to make repairs first or invest money in your property to sell it. If you want to do that, it is strictly up to you. I want to provide my clients with the most options possible so they can make the best decision for themselves.

I offer two different plans for my buy your home program.

Ultra-Fast Plan- Start escrow in 14 days!

In this option you and I will meet and do a walkthrough of your property. I will get all the information I need about your property and view the current condition it is in. I will then complete a thorough market analysis of your house and come up with the current market value. Once I have established a current market value and backed it up with data, we list your house at 85% of the current market value. We list it at this price to be very aggressive and get traffic to your house, thus generating offers and getting your house into escrow. If after 7 days you haven’t accepted an offer on your house, you agree to lower the price of your house by 10%. Again, this is to stay aggressive and attract the buyers. Should we reach day 14 and you haven’t accepted an offer on your house and opened escrow, I will buy it from you. The price that I will buy it from you is the current listing price minus the Realtor’s commission and the amount of any necessary repairs as determined by a licensed home inspector.

Fast Plan- Start escrow in 42 days!

In this option you and I will meet and do a walkthrough of your property. I will get all the information I need about your property and view the current condition it is in. I will then complete a thorough market analysis of your house and come up with the current market value. Once I have established a current market value and backed it up with data, we list your house at 95% of the current market value. We list it at this price to be aggressive and get traffic to your house, thus generating offers and getting your house into escrow. If after 14 days you haven’t accepted an offer on your house, you agree to lower the price of your house by 10%. Again, this is to stay aggressive and attract fresh buyers. Should we reach day 28 and you haven’t accepted an offer on your house and opened escrow, you agree to lower the house again by 10%. Same philosophy with this price reduction. On day 42 if you haven’t accepted an offer or started escrow yet, I will buy it from you. The price that I will buy it from you is the current listing price minus the Realtor’s commission and the amount of any necessary repairs as determined by a licensed home inspector.
